I grew up in the Dorset countryside, in the South West of England, and have always been passionate about locally sourced, good ingredients. At school I completed a Leiths Food and Wine course and then went onto Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland where I developed my skills and furthered my passion for creating dishes around peoples wants and needs. I have done ski seasons in Europe cooking in fabulous chalets as well as summers up in Scotland and Europe, along with working in top London restaurants I knew that this wasn’t just a job but also my passion, and it continues to be so today.

Whether its planning a buffet lunch, birthday party, a dinner party or filling a clients fridge with delicious food I always strive to be the best and deliver a service second to none.

My family and I moved overseas to Scarsdale NY where we are based today. When I’m not in the kitchen, working on menus or at the market I’m always trying to find healthy and fun ways to create new dishes and come up with exciting ideas that will excite and wow people.
